Chen Chieh-jen, a contemporary artist from Taiwan, was born in Taoyuan, Taiwan in 1960. He graduated from high vocational art and is currently living and working in Taipei, Taiwan.
Notes on translator
Lee Yew Leong is the founder and editor-in-chief of Asymptote, winner of the 2015 London Book Fair Award for International Literary Translation Initiative. Based in Taipei, he works as a freelance editor and translator of contemporary Taiwanese literature.
